Sweden announce squad for March international friendlies against Portugal & Albania

Sweden will play Portugal and Albania
Several players from Newcastle United will be playing for their nations during the impending break from league activity. Here’s a schedule of their upcoming performances later this month.
For their friendlies against Portugal and Albania, Isak and Krafth are both included in the Sweden team. These will be former Newcastle forward Jon Dahl Tomasson’s first games in command of the Blågult.
The Sweden National Team has picked up Viktor Johansson to the team once more for their impending international friendlies against Portugal and Albania.The custodian, who has excelled during the 2023–24 season, has been named to the first squad of new national team manager Jon Dahl Tomasson since his appointment in late February. He appears to be hoping to add to the one senior cap he gained in a match against Moldova in October 2023.Johansson will first play Portugal at Estádio D. Afonso Henriques before returning to Stockholm to play Albania at the Friends Arena.
Viktor Gyökeres, a Swedish international, is included in the 26-man Sweden National Football Team roster for the international matches with Portugal and Albania.

Sweden’s coach, Danish Jon Dahl Tomasson, unveiled the team on Wednesday for the games against Portugal and Albania on March 21 and 25, respectively.
With 19 goals out of 35 goals recorded by Sporting in 42 matches during the current campaign, the attacking player for the team has been at the forefront as the team’s top goalscorer in the Portuguese Primeira Liga.
