All missions, how it works and know more about this mode

EA and DICE have finally released the Battlefield 6 Redsec, which is the new battle royale mode in the game. To make it more interesting, there is also a Gauntlet mode for the players.

Imagine Rebirth Island on steroids, complete with respawns, random missions, and squad-shattering destruction. No shrinking zones here because it is all about outscoring your enemies across every round until your team is the last one standing. Let’s check out more details in this article.

What is Gauntlet mode in Battlefield 6 Redsec?

This is a team focused twist in battle royale. You team up (4 players) to face 7 other teams (32 total players) on confined levels with endless respawns—no permadeath means constant pressure.

What’s the goal? To advance in rounds, accumulate points through kills and mission objectives. Begin with eight squads in Round 1; winners (top six) advance to Round 2 (top four), Round 3 (top two), and a final battle. Losing teams? Eliminated—except for the MVP from each, who gets a chance to join a winning team.

Matches typically last 20-30 minutes and kills gives you 1 point, while you get 2 point in the final minute.

How Gauntlet mode works?

  • Scoring System: Points for eliminations, revives, and objective holds. Double ’em in the final 60 seconds for a clutch comeback.
  • Rounds and Elimination: There are four missions in all, reducing the number of teams from eight to two. The top scorers advance, while the rest drop out.
  • Respawns and No Circles: Die? Back in seconds—keeps the pace up. Maps are small, so every corner is a hotspot.
  • Random missions: Each round selects from one of eight types (listed below): adapt or eat lead.

ExtractionCollect data from spots, deliver to drones (cooldowns apply)—escort vibes.
HeistSteal objectives from enemy zones, return to base—like Capture the Flag on crack.
VendettaFirst kill tags you HVT; survive pings for points—evade or assassinate.
WreckageHunt and detonate bombs at marked sites—coordinated blasts win the day.

FAQs

What’s the main difference between Gauntlet Mode and standard BR in Battlefield 6 Redsec?

Gauntlet is a team-based game with respawns, random goals, and no circle—the emphasis is on mission completion rather than solitary survival. Matches are shorter (20-30 minutes) and team-oriented.

How many rounds are in a Gauntlet Mode match in Battlefield 6 Redsec?

Four rounds total: Start with 8 teams, cut to 6, then 4, and a final 2-team showdown. Top scorers advance; MVPs from losers can redeploy.

Which Gauntlet mission is easiest to win in Battlefield 6 Redsec?

Contract favors aggressive squads—simple kills/revives/wipes rack points fast. Deadlock suits defensive play with zone holds.
