Share your feedback and shape the game

Battlefield fans, get ready! The studios have finally announced the next Battlefield Pre-Alpha server test: 72-hour Pre-Alpha Server Performance Test starting from May 23, 2025.

This server test will invite players from Europe, North America, and select Asian regions to help shape the game based on players’ feedback.

Battlefield Pre-Alpha server test details

The Pre-Alpha test will start from May 23, 2025, to May 25, 2025, which will focus on server performance and stability with the high player count.

On May 23, at 1:00 a.m. PT, invites will be sent out, allowing access to a select number of maps and modes.

While exact maps and modes are unknown, the test will include classics like Conquest and Breakthrough, as well as enhanced mechanics such as gunplay, movement, and destruction.

Expect a polished but early release with “rough edges” because the game is still in pre-alpha. While testing, do remember that this will not be the final product.

Your feedback will help the developers to improve and polish the game more before the official launch.

Battlefield Labs and how to join for server test

To avoid the problems of Battlefield 2042, the Battlefield team has increased community collaboration.

Despite efforts to keep Battlefield Labs under wraps, leaked footage has revealed jaw-dropping destruction mechanics, implying the game’s potential.

Senior producer Philippe Ducharme explained that the single-player campaign draws inspiration from Alex Garland’s 2024 film Civil War and the horror classic Dead Space, promising a gripping story.

Players can visit the Battlefield Labs website to register with their EA account, linked to PC, PS5, or Xbox Series X/S for the upcoming Battlefield Pre-Alpha server test.

Participants are required to sign a non-disclosure agreement (NDA), and console players must have PlayStation Plus or Xbox Game Pass Core to do the test.

With a limited number of slots available, respond quickly to reserve your chance for Battlefield Pre-Alpha server test.
