Water management is very important!
Fans and players have been enjoying Dune Awakening and surviving in the hot deserts, in not so easy. Players have to pay attention to the water and how they can get more.
Inspired by Frank Herbertâs legendary setting, the gameâs harsh environment necessitates a regular water supply for crafting, exploration, and survival. Letâs check out some best ways to get water in this article.
The best ways to get water
Extracting and Purifying Blood
Within the first two hours of your Dune Awakening playthrough, you will learn how to extract and purify blood.
Now kill enemies, and use a blood extractor so that you can extract blood and process this at the Blood Purifier station back at base.
According to Beeboom Gaming, this strategy is very effective in the early-mid game. However, it is not perfect.
This will slow down as water requirements increase because purification takes time and blood sacs can clog your inventory.

Setting Up Windtraps
Now, Windtraps are truly a game changer here. These are the devices that can extract moisture from the wind, providing passive water collection.
Unlock the schematics in the research menu for 100 Intel points, then build one outside your base alongside a Survival Fabricator inside.
Windtraps fill up until their Filters reach capacity; create fresh Filters at the Fabricator and swap them out on a regular basis.
Having a good amount of Windtraps network will ensure that you wonât face any water shortage again in Dune Awakening.
Harvesting Dew from Saplings
This is your first water source in Dune Awakening. While drinking dew directly is unsustainable, the Dew Reaper tool, which is unlocked through main plot quests or purchased at tradeposts, makes this a feasible farming method.
For best production, visit sapling areas after midnight, as darkness increases the amount of water per plant. Store it in Literjons, which are craftable early on, for a portable water supply.
