Elden Ring Nightreign server maintenance & downtime timings

The Elden Ring Nightreign server will go offline today, September 10, 2025, at 10:00 CEST (17:00 JST, 01:00 PDT) across all platforms.

The expected downtime is 1-2 hours and patch notes 1.02.2 will be released on the official website after the downtime has ended.

What to expect?

While servers are unavailable, online play is disabled, limiting you to offline adventures. This maintenance prepares the way for the new patch and the much-anticipated “The Depths of Night” mode, which will be available on Thursday, September 11, at 3:30 CEST.

This is a new mode for veteran players, offering hard difficulty and challenges:

• Significantly tougher enemies
• No option to choose your Night Lord
• Unaffected shifted worlds
• Exclusive “Depth Relics”
• Weapons with potential negative effects
• Extended gameplay beyond three nights, deepening with each level
• Endless battles in Depths 4 and 5

Also, bug fixes and simple tweaks will be done in the upcoming patch notes 1.02.2. FromSoftware has already announced that there is a DLC for Elden Ring Nightreign, but hasn’t announced the release date yet.

Fans speculate that there is a pretty good chance that the DLC might arrive by the end of this year.
