Since the launch of the NetEase popular hero-shooter, the game has taken the world by storm. In both the gameplay and character departments.

Now, the latest news that has been revealed is that Marvel Rivals swimsuit special skins will be arriving soon in the game.

Fans and players have gotten more excited as everyone knows very well what they are about to get from NetEase.

The Marvel Swimsuit Special, a fan-favorite comic tradition from the ‘90s, is back once again with a new twist in July 2025.

This will feature heroes and villains in beach attire. Titled Marvel Swimsuit Special: Friends, Foes, Rivals, this edition will revive the old vibes and tradition.

On April 17, 2025, Marvel announced the return of the classic Swimsuit Special after a 30-year sabbatical since its last print run in the 1990s.

The best part is that it is also arriving in Marvel Rivals. The promotional images for the special hint at what’s to come, including characters in bikinis that claim to be the most exposing skins yet in the game.

There is no doubt that there are already some bold skins and designs in the game. Psylocke, Invisible Woman, Luna Snow, and the recently added Emma Frost.

The upcoming Marvel Rivals swimsuit special edition will only get more amazing and fans are pretty excited for it.

The Swimsuit Special skins are set to amp up the boldness even further, allowing players to dress their favorite heroes in beach-inspired clothes.

While individual characters have not been confirmed, X speculates that popular options such as Storm, Black Widow, and Iron Man will receive bikini variations based on the special’s promotional artwork.

When will the Swimsuit Skins arrive in Marvel Rivals?

This is the main question that everyone has been asking. When Marvel Rivals swimsuit special skins will release? For now, it has not been revealed yet.

However, given the July 2025 print release of the special, the skins might drop in the game around late July or early August 2025 as part of Season 2’s mid-to-late updates.

There is no doubt that fans will be waiting for Invisible Women, Emma Frost, Luna Snow, Psylocke, Wanda, Black Widow, Namor, Iron-Man, Spider-Man, Punisher, Thing, Human Torch and others in their respective beach attire.
