PlayStation Plus April 2025 free games: Robocop Rogue City & more

New free games for PSN subscribers

Sony has revealed the April 2025 free games for PlayStation Plus subscribers and it will be out very soon. From April 1, 2025, the Essential, Extra, or Premium subscribers will be able to download RoboCop: Rogue City, The Texas Chainsaw Massacre, and Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth – Hacker’s Memory for free.

Subscribers will have a chance to download these games for free till May 5, 2025. Let’s check out more details in this article.

PlayStation Plus April 2025’s freebies

Starting from April 1, 2025, PS5 and PS4 PlayStation Plus subscribers will be able to download:

• RoboCop: Rogue City (PS5): Teyon’s 2023 FPS stars Peter Weller as the iconic cyborg cop. Set between RoboCop 2 and 3, you’ll use the Auto-9 to speed through Old Detroit’s crime-ridden streets. Unfinished Business, a solo sequel, will be released this summer, so now is the best time to get started. X posts from @PlayStation deem it “a must-play for ’80s fans.” If you are a Robocop fan, you will love this game.
• The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (PS4/PS5): Launched in 2023, Gun Interactive’s asymmetrical horror hit places you as a Slaughter Family killer or a desperate victim. Based on the 1974 film, it’s a dramatic 4v3 chase—survive or die. @HorrorGameHub on X describes it as “Leatherface done right.”
• Digimon Story: Cyber Sleuth – Hacker’s Memory (PS4): In this 2017 RPG spin-off, you play Keisuke Amazawa, who has been framed for a crime and must hack into the Digital World to clear his reputation. With 320+ Digimon to collect, it’s a relaxing alternative to the action duo, perfect for JRPG enthusiasts.

PlayStation Plus’s April 2025 free games were announced on March 27, 2025, on the official PlayStation blog and subscribers will be able to download these games for free till May 5, 2025.
