The Gamescom event, kicking off on August 19, 2025, at 11 a.m. PT / 2 p.m. ET / 7 p.m. BST / 8 p.m. CEST and fans might see a Resident Evil Requiem new gameplay or even a trailer on the opening night.

Dusk Golem, a huge insider for Resident Evil news, has also revealed that this game will mark Leon S. Kennedy’s final major role in the series’ timeline.

There is a pretty good chance that this might be the final goodbye for him in the game. Although Capcom has not confirmed whether he is in the game or not.
