Insider gaming information

Recently on Reddit and other gaming forums, a beta version of Titan Quest 2 which is marked as Beta 3.1 from early November, has been leaked online.

This information was first noted by GameGPU and this leak build is strictly for the game testing. This only focuses on gameplay mechanics without any multiplayer components included. Let’s check out more details in this article.

No response regarding the leak!

Many fans and gamers might be really tempted to try this gameplay footage but do remember that this is the final product as this is still on the test build run. There will be final changes made in the game and after that, it will be released.

Insider Gaming which is very popular in the gaming industry as a media house has tried to reach out to both THQ Nordic and the game’s developer, Grimlore Games, in order to get some comments on this leak. They have shared this in their article, however, they have not received any reply yet.

Titan Quest 2, a successor to the famous 2006 mythology-themed action RPG, has fans excited after nearly two decades. Developers have guaranteed a game free of pay-to-win elements and loot boxes, highlighting their dedication to fair play.

“We despise this with a passion,” Grimlore Games declared, assuring gamers that no gameplay advantage will ever be sold. Well, many gamers like this decision and they are excited to try this game. Hope they won’t break the trust of their fans in the end.

In terms of player interaction, the company intends to publish the game in early access, believing that community feedback is critical to its refinement. They want Titan Quest 2 to make a huge impact in the ARPG genre by utilizing what they call “swarm intelligence” – the combined insights of their player community.

One user on the Reddit post claimed that he had played the Titan Quest 2 dev build and said that he didn’t like it. This is what he has to say in the comment section, “Outside of that, melee proc attacks are gone (bad), movement animations feel stiff and I still feel iffy about the new mastery system over what we had previously.”

We can now only hope that the studio will make the final changes and deliver a good product at the launch. Titan Quest 2 will be available on PC, Xbox Series X/S and PS5 in 2025; the exact release date is not out yet.
