Will Monster Hunter Wilds be on Xbox Game Pass?

Capcom has pretty much a very good history bringing its popular titles on Xbox Games Pass for the fans. This has helped them to broaden their reach for the Monster Hunter franchise.

With the upcoming Monster Hunter Wilds, which is scheduled to release on February 28, 2025, fans are wondering whether it will be available on Xbox Game Pass. This article provides more details.

No day-one launch?

This is sad news for Xbox Game Pass subscribers, as Monster Hunter Wilds will not be available when it releases. Both Avowed and Sniper Elite Resistance had announcements previously, but there are none for Wilds as of right now. Neither the game’s trailers nor its Microsoft Store website display the Game Pass emblem or announce its presence in the program.

Typically, if a game is coming to Game Pass, Microsoft makes an official announcement or includes the Game Pass logo in promotional materials. None of this has happened to Monster Hunter Wilds.

Event at the latest Capcom Spotlight event and the PlayStation State of Play event, there was no mention of whether this game will arrive on Xbox Game Pass or not for now.

Although we might not get this game on the day of launch, there is the possibility of having this game on Game Pass in the future.

This pattern suggests that Monster Hunter Wilds may follow suit, allowing gamers to experience the game through a subscription rather than a single payment, but patience will be required.

If you are not in a rush to play this game, you can wait patiently for this game to arrive on Game Pass. But I think, before that happens, we might even get a sale where this title might get a discount.
