Resident Evil Requiem Switch 2 release date & Legacy titles

It has been officially confirmed that Resident Evil Requiem is going to be released on Switch 2 on February 27, 2025, alongside PS5, Xbox Series X/S and PC.

That was not the only surprise Capcom had for the fans. Towards the end of the trailer reveal they also announced that Resident Evil 7 Biohazard and Resident Evil Village will also arrive on Switch 2 on the same date.

These oldies, which were previously only available in awkward cloud versions on the first Switch, are finally getting a full native release. While fans will thrill at this facelift, Requiem’s new plot and gameplay possibilities may steal the show.
