Puneri Paltan showcased their dominant attitude in the semi-final against the most successful side in the history of the league, Patna Pirates. Haryana Steelers on the other hand brought an end to the journey of the defending PKL champions Jaipur Pink Panthers and cruised into the final in style.

Pankaj Mohite

Pankaj Mohite brought out his absolute best in the semi-final clash against the Patna Pirates. He read the game so well and helped his side navigate their way into the final. Pankaj provided great support to his captain Aslam Inamdar and shouldered the raiding responsibilities to perfection. He scored seven crucial raid points and was the joint-top scorer in the first semi-final. The raider will be eyeing a more impactful performance in the final as well.

Mohammadreza Chiyaneh

Mohammadreza Chiyaneh did what he does best and troubled his former side in the first semi-final. The Iranian young gun scored a high-five and was the most successful defender of the match. He played a crucial role in neutralizing the danger from the Pirates with his clutch and precise ankle holds. Expect him to fire on all cylinders in the ultimate game.

Haryana Steelers

Vinay

Vinay produced one more masterclass of a performance for his side. He stood up and delivered when his team needed him the most. He was unstoppable and too good to handle for the opposition. Vinay pulled off a Super 10 and accumulated 11 raid points for his side. He led his side from the front and helped them reach their first-ever PKL final. He will hope to do nothing less against Puneri Paltan in the final.

Rahul Sethpal

Rahul Sethpal has been Haryana’s top defender this season. The right corner defender is ranked fourth in terms of most tackle points achieved with 71 points, including three crucial points in the semi-final. He played an influential role in shaping his side’s defense against the mighty Jaipur Pink Panthers and also executed all his plans to perfection. Rahul will have the responsibility of keeping a check on Puneri Paltan’s dynamic raiding unit.
