PKL 11: Key player battles to watch out for in match 82, U Mumba vs Telugu Titans

U Mumba will face Pawan Sehrawat‘s Telugu Titans in match 82 of the Pro Kabaddi 2024 (PKL 11) at the Noida Indoor Stadium. U Mumba are in red-hot form in PKL 11. They sit at the second spot in the league points table with eight wins, four losses, and a draw in 13 matches.

The Iranian all-rounder has made notable contributions on both ends of the mat for U Mumba and is their third top scorer with 56 points in total. His reading abilities coupled with his experience make him an unstoppable force for the former champions.

Whereas Vijay Malik has impressed everyone with his performance this season. He has emerged as the best Indian all-rounder in the league against all odds. Malik has stood up to the occasion and has stepped in as the leader for the Titans in the absence of skipper Pawan Sehrawat. He is now the leading scorer for the Titans with 99 points.

Sunil Kumar vs Ashish Narwal

Sunil Kumar has been U Mumba’s best defender this season. The skipper has turned up with consistent and strong displays at the back. Kumar has kept things very tight and has made his side’s backline unbreachable. His defensive prowess combined with his ability to bring down the best of raiders makes him one of the best defenders in the league.

Ashish Narwal on the other hand will bring in a lot of danger for U Mumba’s backline. He has shouldered the raiding responsibilities with perfection in the absence of Pawan Sehrawat.
