Hero Intercontinental Cup 2019 Final: Usmon Toshev expecting good game, Yun Jong-su confident of win

Tajikistan and DPR Korea will be looking to win the coveteted title on Friday night.
Tajikistan will be locking horns against the DPR Korea side in the final of the Hero Intercontinental Cup 2019 at the EKA Arena on Friday. Both the teams have had similar campaigns in the round-robin stage, where both earned six points. In their previous meeting DPR Korea came out victorious. Both the coaches interacted with the media before the final.

Usmon Toshev (Tajikistan)
The Tajikistan tactician gave his thoughts about the final by saying, “The Hero Intercontinental Cup has been a very significant tournament for us. The benefits of playing this tournament have been immense,”
He also emphasized that this is not a grudge match by quoting, “A final is a different ball game. We learnt our lessons when we last played them. We aim not to repeat them in the final.”
Toshev also praised the hospitality by saying, “The hospitality, the level of competition has been excellent, apart from the weather because we are not used to playing in these conditions.”
Yun Jong-su (DPR Korea)
The North Korean head coach praised the tournament by labelling it as "perfect" and stated, “Going forward, I see this as the perfect preparation. The skill and experience on display from the teams have elevated our team one grade up. We have benefitted a lot.”
He was confident about his team’s chances in final and said, “We will do our best and try to show to all what we are capable of.”
The North Korean manager also praised the hospitality and said, “If invited again next year we will love to come back again.”
