It was a night dominated by foreigners but a few Indians still impressed.

In a 7-goal thriller, FC Goa beat 10-men Bengaluru FC 4-3 in the Indian Super League match played at the Jawaharlal Nehru Stadium, Fatorda, Goa on Wednesday.

Ferran Corominas delighted the home crowd by scoring a magnificent hat-trick, while Manuel Lanzarote was the other goalscorer. As for Bengaluru, Miku netted a brace and Erik Paartalu was the other scorer. Bengaluru FC goalkeeper Gurpreet Singh Sandhu was sent off.

FC Goa

Mandar Rao Dessai- 6/10

Mandar silky skills

The winger had a decent game where he made sure that his presence was marked, especially when he brilliantly dribbled past Harmajot Khabra on many occasions. The 25-year-old was almost all over the pitch to link up with every teammate.

Brandon Fernandes- 5/10

Brandon did not have any extraordinary impact but his presence on the pitch was easily felt especially with his one-two passing with Manuel Lanzarote and Eduardo Bedia in the midfield.

Seriton Fernandes- 7/10

The right-back was organised and made no errors in the entire match. The local boy was also seen helping out in attack from the right flank on many occasions. His brilliant defending restricted Miku from completing his hat-trick in the 62nd minute. The defender was the main reason behind Sunil Chhetri's underwhelming performance in the match. Seriton made three important clearances making him the best Indian player in the match.

Mohamed Ali- 6/10

Though Goa conceded three goals, Ali did a brilliant job in defending his side on many occasions. He was more clinical with his clearances and also with 86% passing accuracy he was one of the best players on the pitch.

Laxmikant Kattimani- 5/10

The custodian who made major errors in the last two matches was seen with improvements in his positioning, while he also made a few spectacular saves to deny Erik Paartalu, Chhetri and Braulio Nobrega.

Narayan Das- 4/10

The left-back did not have the best game. Das was the only below average player on the Goan side as he was seen struggling with the ball and made many errors which could have cost the Guars. Most of his clearances were not up to the mark and his passes were intercepted on many occasions.

This was the only potent attempt by the forward in the enitre match.
