CSM Taleigao host FC Bardez Goa in GPL clash

Clube Sao Minguel De Taleigao will play host to FC Bardez Goa in a Goa Professional League match at Duler Stadium tomorrow. Clube Sao Minguel De Taleigao are currently bottom of the table with just two points out of their 5 matches, they have drawn two games and have lost the remaining. They lost to Guardian Angel Sports Club 4-0 in their previous match, but will be looking to bounce back against FC Bardez. On the other hand FC Bardez are currently on the 6th spot having played 5 games with 8 points tied with Dempo SC and Sporting Clube De Goa who have played just 4 games. FCBG have won two, drawn two and lost one. If FC Bardez win the game they will move to the 3rd spot on the table, with SCC Cavelossim and Salgaocar FC who have played 5 matches. FC Bardez will definitely come all guns blazing to win this match, Lenston Afonso will take Mathew’s place as he’s expecting a baby. Elsewhere Myron Mendes might replace Koko Sakibo as the forward is still recovering from an injury. The possible line up for the match of FC Bardez- Mirshad K, Lenstan Afonso, Rowilson Rordigues , Cavin soares , Jessel Carneiro, Richard Costa, Peter Carvalho, Alesh Sawant, Girish Naik, Myron Mendes, Latesh Mandrekar Clube Sao Minguel De Taleigao will have to get through the FC Bardez custodian who has only conceded three goals this season and will be looking to keep another clean sheet in the next match as well FC Bardez left winger Alesh Sawnat said, “We are working hard. We put in all our efforts in every practice session, so that we improve ourselves. We want to win tomorrow’s game. The coach helps us every time. He corrects us when we make mistakes. He stands by us when we fall down. The team is fully ready for the game and everyone will give 100% and make our fans happy as well.” The manager Armando Colaco said, “Football is 11 Vs 11 it all depends on how you create chances and score. We have been lacking in our finishing. We had so many chances in the previous game to seal all 3 points, but that’s how the game is.
