World No. #1 Jannik Sinner goes up against Taylor Fritz in the championship match of ATP finals 2024 in Turin, Italy with both players eyeing the biggest payday of their careers with the tournament offering a total prize pool of $15,250,000 for singles competition.
Sinner and Fritz have already secured $2,611,500 and $2,215,000 respectively by reaching the final. The winner will collect an additional $2.24m in the championship match. Sinner, who have remained undefeated in the tournament could take home a record-breaking $4,881,500 if he wins the final, while Fritz who has lost one round-robin match could earn $4,485,000 with a victory.

The prize money for the season has seen players take home $331,000 as their participation fee just for playing all three round-robin matches, while round-robin wins increased their stakes by $396,500. Players who won semi-finals took home an additional $1.23m for each.

Jannik Sinner, Taylor Fritz chase career milestones in ATP Finals 2024
The 2024 season has been top notch for both players. Sinner who became the first Italian world No. #1 and won two Grand Slam titles has already amounted over $12m this season. On the other hand, Fritz, who has reached his fifth final of the year, has collected more than $4.5m in 2024.

A victory would be historic for either player. Sinner could become the first Italian to win the ATP Finals which will add to his breakthrough year. Fritz, seeking his first indoor title, could make history as the first American to win the ATP Finals since Pete Sampras in 1999.
