The Qatar Open 2025 (also known as the 2025 Qatar ExxonMobil Open) is the 33rd edition of the Qatar Open, a men’s tennis tournament played on outdoor hard courts. It is part of the ATP Tour 500 tournaments of the 2025 ATP Tour (upgraded from ATP Tour 250 status in previous years), and will take place at the Khalifa International Tennis and Squash Complex in Doha, Qatar from 17 to 22 February 2025.

This year, the men’s singles draw is stacked with the best players of the current era. Jannik Sinner, who recently lifted his second Australian Open title leads the pack, while Rotterdam 2025 winner Carlos Alcaraz will look to register his maiden victory in Doha.

Alcaraz will also have one eye on the ATP rankings as he vyes to reduce the deficit between him and Zverev. 24-time Grand Slam Champion Novak Djokovic returns to Qatar with a 100th career title in sight. The two-time Qatar winner marks his first comeback since the muscle tear injury that halted him from an 11th Australian Open final, forcing him to retire midway through his semi-final encounter.

Daniil Medvedev, who finds himself outside the top-five ATP rankings has had a shocking start to the new season. Back-to-back losses against lower-ranked players, at the Australian Open and then at the Abn Amro means the 2023 champion is desperately looking for some form.

In the last edition of the ATP Qatar Open, Karen Khachanov defeated Czech’s Jakub Mensik, to be crowned as the new champion.
