ATP Dubai Tennis Championships 2025: Updated schedule, fixtures, results, live streaming details

Frenchman Ugo Humbert will look to claim a consecutive Dubai Tennis Championships trophy.
It has been a lopsided beginning to the 2025 season on the ATP Tour. The new year got underway with Felix Auger-Aliassime winning titles in Adelaide and Montpellier. The Canadian’s win in Adelaide was his first since winning the Swiss Indoors Basel in October 2023. French veteran Gael Monfils picked up the Auckland Classic trophy in January to become the oldest man to win an ATP Tour title.
February was no different, with every tournament giving us a distinct winner and the defending champions failing to retain their title. The ATP 250 event in Marseille was the only exception, with Frenchman Ugo Humbert mounting a successful title defence.
Humbert is also the defending champion at the ATP Dubai Tennis Championships. In 2024, the Frenchman sent home the 2023 title holder and top seed Daniil Medvedev in the semi-finals en route to his maiden win in the Middle East. The 26-year-old’s win made him the first Frenchman since Fabrice Santoro in 2002 to win in Dubai.

In the 2025 edition, Humbert will be keen on carving a niche for himself by becoming the first man from France to win back-to-back titles at the event. The World No. #14 retained his title in Marseille without dropping a set. Ensuring a similar result in Dubai will land Humbert at the doorstep of the ATP Top 10.
Medvedev, the 2023 winner, is joined on the entry list by compatriot and 2022 winner Andrey Rublev. Arthur Fils, Stefanos Tsitsipas, Gael Monfils, and Grigor Dimitrov can also be counted on to put on a good show at the event. Arab players Hady Habib (Lebanon) and Aziz Dougaz (Tunisia) have been awarded wild cards for the event and will represent the region in Dubai.

Alex de Minaur is the second seed and plays Croatian Marin Cilic in the opening round. De Minaur has chosen to play in Dubai following a quarter-final appearance in Doha. The Australian’s decision to skip the Mexican Open will cost him 500 ATP points as he was the defending champion in Acapulco.
Ugo Humbert takes on Jiri Lehecka in round one, while Auger-Aliassime has drawn Alexander Bublik in the opening round. Medvedev, the 2023 winner, will meet Germany’s Jan-Lennard Struff to begin his campaign. Newly crowned 2025 Rio Open titlist, Andrey Rublev will take on a qualifier to open his campaign. Jack Draper, who lost to Rublev, has withdrawn from Dubai with an injury.
