The US Open 2026 Mixed Doubles Championship is back at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center, and this year’s field, running from August 24 to 26, might be the strongest the event has ever pulled together.
Novak Djokovic headlines the entry list alongside Alexander Zverev and Taylor Fritz, with the Serbian partnering Aryna Sabalenka, Zverev teaming up with Taylor Townsend, and Fritz joining forces with Jessica Pegula.
They’re joined by Diana Shnaide-Casper Ruud and Belinda Bencic-Flavio Cobolli, along with Amanda Anisimova -Learner Tien.

The wild cards pushed the star wattage even higher. Serena Williams and Carlos Alcaraz received wild cards into the draw, joining Emma Navarro and Tommy Paul.
Defending champions, Sara Errani and Andrea Vavassori, also got one, as did Alex Eala and Felix Auger-Aliassime, Leylah Fernandez and Frances Tiafoe, and Elina Svitolina and Gael Monfils.
This year, an interesting adddition is the qualifying draw, where eight teams will fight for the remaining two main-draw slots. Henry Patten, currently the ATP’s World No. 1 in doubles, has paired with WTA doubles No. 1 Katerina Siniakova.
Neal Skupski is teaming with Brazil’s Luisa Stefani, and former Wimbledon champion Lloyd Glasspool has linked up with Erin Routliffe. Gabriela Dabrowski and Harri Heliövaara, Aleksandra Krunic and Mate Pavic, Jelena Ostapenko and Marcelo Arevalo, and Mirra Andreeva and Andrey Rublev are also in the mix.

- An eight-team qualifying tournament on August 24 to fill two main-draw spots
- Matches will be best-of-three sets.
- Early sets are short sets (up to 4 games).
- No advantage scoring at deuce (40-all). A golden point decides the game.
- If teams split sets, a 10-point match tie-break replaces the third set.
- Final will be a full best-of-three sets (up to 6 games each).
