Miami Open 2025: All you need to know about prize money and points on offer

The total prize pool for the Miami Open 2025 is $19,387,080.
The Miami Open 2025, a major hardcourt tennis tournament, will be held from March 18 to 30, 2025, at the Hard Rock Stadium in Miami Gardens, Florida. Celebrating its 40th edition, the event has ATP Masters 1000 and WTA 1000 status on their respective tours, taking place immediately after Indian Wells, thereby completing the prestigious Sunshine Double.
In defending champion and World Number One Jannik Sinner‘s absence, 2022 champion Carlos Alcaraz is certainly the favorite in the men’s category. However, his unexpected defeat at the Indian Wells Open indicates the possibility of yet another upset. On fast and pacy surfaces of Miami, hard hitters like Daniil Medvedev and Holger Rune, who found success in Tennis Paradise could emerge as title contenders.

Jack Draper, winner of the Indian Wells Open 2025 edition, will try to complete the Sunshine Double and become the eighth man and the first British player to achieve the feat. Albeit low expectations, Novak Djokovic will be in the spotlight yet again as the 24-time Grand Slam champion hopes to surpass Andre Agassi (currently tied at six), to become the most successful player to have played the Florida event.
In the women’s division, pressure will be on the top two seeds, Aryna Sabalenka and Iga Swiatek, after the pairing failed to get over the line for a second time this season. 17-year-old Mirra Andreeva will try to dominate here as well and look to win her third consecutive title.
