Carlos Alcaraz-Raducanu will be one of the most exciting pairs to watch in US Open 2025 mixed doubles.

Carlos Alcaraz sealed yet another dominant straight sets win, beating Roberto Bautista Agut in the semi-finals of Queen’s Club Championships, to confirm a third straight final match. The Spaniard seems unstoppable, and boasts the best win percentage on grass, above legends like Roger Federer and Novak Djokovic.

The Spaniard is a former champion at Queen’s, and looks slated to repeat his heroics, as he faces Jiri Lehecka in the finals. This provides the perfect preparation, as the 22-year-old prepares for a title defence and a rare three-peat at Wimbledon.

While Alcaraz continues to dominate the singles spotlight, much of the buzz off the court surrounds the upcoming US Open 2025 mixed doubles event. With several top-ranked singles stars expected to join forces, the most talked-about pairing is undoubtedly Carlos Alcaraz teaming up with Emma Raducanu.

Adding fuel to these conversations, the Brit sensation was spotted during the Spaniard’s semi-final encounter, as she witnessed her future doubles partner display a stunning performance, which involved 15 aces, 37 winners and only 18 unforced errors.

Raducanu, a former US Open winner has struggled to establish herself on the WTA tour, and is slowly trying to re-build herself. Despite her rather ordinary outings on court, the Brit continues to be the face of WTA on social media, with her latest partnership with Alcaraz garnering a lot of attention and spotlight.

Alcaraz did not hold himself back, when asked if he would return the favour and attend one of Raducanu’s matches: “Well, it depends on the schedule, obviously. I have practices. I have matches. But I would love to if I have time. If I’m at the club or I don’t have anything else to do, yeah, I would love to come and watch her. I’m watching her matches from the TV every time that I can. So watching her in real could be fun.”

Emma Raducanu will be in action at Eastbourne Open, where she kicks off her campaign against Ann Li, in what would be one final preparation ahead of the all-important Wimbledon Championships.
