In the ever-evolving spectacle that is WWE, the year 2023 has unfolded as a tapestry of triumphs, surprises, and the unrelenting spirit of competition. From the monumental championship reigns of Roman Reigns, and Gunther to the meteoric ascent of LA Knight, and the nostalgic returns of Cody Rhodes. The wrestling landscape has been a canvas painted with hues of unpredictability and historic achievements.

This year has witnessed a departure from the norm, as a myriad of Superstars have seized the spotlight, each contributing in their unique way to the resounding success of the company. The intricacies of this dynamic tapestry beg the question: Who stands as the Most Valuable Players (MVPs) in their respective divisions? The criteria for such accolades transcend mere championship reigns, encompassing charisma, in-ring prowess, impact on the narrative, and the ability to captivate the audience.

In this synthesis of athletic prowess and storytelling, we shall dissect the performances of these extraordinary athletes, exploring the seismic shifts in power dynamics, the defining moments that have left an indelible mark, and the Superstars who have elevated WWE to unprecedented heights in 2023. From the tribal dominance of Roman Reigns to the trailblazing returns of legends, the stage is set to recognize those who have not only shaped the year but have etched their names in the pantheon of WWE greatness.

So, who are these Top 10 MVP’s in the men’s division in 2023:

10. Finn Balor

With him being one of the leaders of the Judgement Day, the faction has found new ways to dominate the red brand and without any doubt he is one of the MVP’s because of how he took the faction from under the nose of The Rater R-Superstar and now being the only faction with champions.

9. Dominik Mysterio

From being face to heel, Dominik Mysterio has given one hell of a ride to WWE Universe. From him turning on Edge to a father-son Wrestlemania match the small boy has became a man who is in the way of many superstars. Also, he is one of the backbone of The Judgement Day trying to keep the faction intact. So, he deserves to be on the list.

8. LA Knight

LA Knight WWE
LA Knight has been delivering some of his best work in 2023

What a rise for LA Knight. To be honest WWE saw him as a mid-card level wrestler, but his connection with fans has made him the top star. Who would say the man is 40. LA Knight has been delivering some of his best works and he is one of the big reasons the blue brand is on top other than The Tribal Chief himself.

7. Kevin Owens

The credit is due. Kevin Owens has always been too good with whatever he came up with. He is good with mic, his in-ring skills are flawless and he is one of the reason for the downfall of The Bloodline, how could he be not on the list.

6. Sami Zayn

If this year any man had the most success then it is definitely Sami Zayn. He single-handedly destroyed the Bloodline, which the fans thought had ruled WWE since their introduction. Sami Zayn had an impeccable year as he was the former WWE Undisputed Tag-Team Champion alongside Kevin Owens, by bringing an end to The Usos reign.

5. Cody Rhodes

Cody Rhodes’ journey from being a jobber to a top star is really something of a fairy tale.

Let’s be honest, this guy fought a match against Seth “Freaking” Rollins with a torn pec. Like how can this man not make the list. The American Nightmare’s journey from being a jobber to a top star is really something of a fairy tale.

4. Jey Uso

Jey Uso, what a man going against The Tribal Chief bringing the Bloodline storyline to the end. What else could we have needed. The Bloodline storyline is the best storyline WWE came up with in the past decade and the man who ended it all have to one of the greatest MVP’s in WWE. That is why now he is called “Main Event” Jey Uso. If it wasn’t for Jimmy’s intervention in his match against Roman Reigns, we would have been seeing the new Tribal Chief.

3. GUNTHER

Gunther‘s intercontinental title reign has been one of the best IC title reigns ever in WWE. He elevated the championship to a level that IC Championship has came on par of a level to a World Championship. With GUNTHER being the longest and still reigning Intercontinental Champion. It is hard to overlook The In-Ring General.

2. Seth Rollins

No words or No appreciation can overlook the work Seth Rollins has done. He is the no. 1 wrestler according to Pro-Wrestling Illustrated. So, I don’t think so he need any kind of affirmation by anybody, as he was going to make the list. Also, if it wasn’t for him the RAW brand would be a boat with holes and he is the hole filler.

1. Roman Reigns

Most of the superstars wouldn’t have made the list if it wasn’t for “The Tribal Chief”. Reigns is the centrepiece of WWE. Throughout 2023, he has boosted people with whom he has collaborated. Because of their collaboration with The Tribal Chief, Zayn and Kevin Owens became larger stars, so much so that they headlined Night 1 of WrestleMania 39 and won the Undisputed WWE Tag Team Championship from The Usos.
