Becky Lynch reveals WWE retirement plans

Becky Lynch is one of the most popular and influential women’s wrestler in WWE. Lynch signed her first contract with WWE in 2013 and has been having a successful decade long journey with the company. She is one of the main female wrestlers, who contributed to the boom of the women’s division and is now the highest paid female star in WWE.
It was previously reported the Becky Lynch’s contract with WWE would expire by mud-2024 and the re-signings were not made yet. There isn’t any information on whether The Man would stay in the company or would leave the company to explore more opportunities. However Lynch has now spoken about her future and retirement for the first time.
Becky Lynch to retire in WWE
Becky Lynch recently appeared for an interview with Strutting Around Gorilla, where Lynch addressed her future upon nearing to contract expiring in 2024. Lynch was asked about would she be ending her career in WWE, to which The Man said,
“Oh yeah, absolutely, absolutely, absolutely. Growing up, WWE is what I watched, it’s what I loved. It is the reason I became a professional wrestler. Now, having been in it, I love it, I love it. I love the people, I love the audience, and I love being able to have been an important part of change, and I love that I get to continue to drive that, and that my voice matters in WWE.
“I feel listened to, and I feel like we have been able to change the landscape of women’s wrestling forever. That feels very special to me. So it’s my home. It’s kind of where I was born as a progressional wrestler, in many ways, in terms of my influence, and it’s where I’ll retire.”
Becky Lynch is currently in a feud with Nia Jax and about to face her at Raw- Day 1 with the grudge of taking revenge for breaking her nose five-years ago.
