Does Vince McMahon still own WWE?
Vince McMahon is one of the biggest businessmen who has owned WWE since the 1980s with Titan Sports.
Last year, he sold the shares to Endeavour and merged the company with it to form TKO Groups. With that Endeavour owns the maximum share with 51% and WWE now owns 49%. Although Vince lost the majority he still became the Executive Chairman of the company with Veto Powers.
Since there were a couple of allegations of sexual allegations. As a result of the sexual allegation from an ex-WWE employee Ms. Janel Grant, McMahon stepped down from his positions at both WWE and TKO Groups and stated that the prior statement from Ms. Grant was a lie and looks to defend himself and clear his name.
As Vince resigned from his positions, there are a number of questions that could arise on whether McMahon still owns WWE? Here we answer the million-dollar question.
Does Vince McMahon own WWE?
Although Vince McMahon stepped down from his position, he still owns a marginal share of the TKO Group holdings stocks.

McMahon owns 34% of shares from TKO Group, which is 37.6% of WWE’s total shares. He now owns 20 million shares of the company’s total stock, which is worth $1.77 Billion USD, after he sold some in November 2023. Considering the financial terms, yes he still owns a part of WWE, however considering the other powers, he no longer has power and doesn’t own any of it.
As soon as McMahon stepped out of his positions, it was reported that it was the first event which did not involve McMahon’s family members. However, it is unknown whether he would be re-entering into the business after clearing the acquisitions put on him.
