WWE has changed up its weekly schedule this week and will be pre-taping episodes in advance to give talent some much-needed downtime following a hectic summer schedule, especially with the upcoming international tours, including the South American tour.
The rest of the weekend is also busy with two back-to-back PLEs, AAA Ola de Calor and NXT Heatwave from Edinburgh, Texas. Let us now take a look at the lineup for Monday Night Raw tonight, which will air two hours earlier than usual.
What’s in store for tonight’s WWE Raw?

WWE arrives at the Canadian Tire Centre in Ottawa, Ontario, Canada tonight for the August 24 edition of Monday Night Raw. As noted, the show will air two hours early at 6 PM ET/ 3 PM PT, as WWE will pre-tape an episode of SmackDown after the show at the venue.
Among the matches and segments announced for the show is a contract signing for the upcoming Sunday Night’s Main Event in Atlanta. Oba Femi and Bron Breakker will make their showdown for SNME next month official on Monday with a contract signing.
On the other hand, Stephanie Vaquer will make her in-ring return for the first time since WrestleMania 42. She takes on Judgment Day’s Roxanne Perez after the attack by the faction last week.
Furthermore, the World Heavyweight Championship #1 Contenders Tournament Semifinal matches will take place tonight. Penta will battle AAA’s La Parka in the first match, while Rey Fenix and Dragon Lee will collide in the second, with the winner advancing into the finals.
After last week’s alliance against the Bloodline, LA Knight & Solo Sikoa are both confirmed to appear this Monday in Ottawa, as fans will get to witness what lies ahead for the two and whether the Bloodline chooses to retaliate, especially in Roman Reigns’ absence.

Returns expected on tonight’s WWE Raw
Bayley has been absent from WWE programming since her match against Lyra Valkyria on the July 18 edition of Saturday Night’s Main Event at Madison Square Garden.
However, her recent exchange with General Manager Adam Pearce on Instagram has led many fans to speculate about her return tonight. Apart from Bayley, no other major names have either been reported or speculated to return.
