WWE RAW after Survivor Series had noticeable mistakes
The fallout edition of WWE Monday Night RAW for Survivor Series WarGames took place in the Desert Diamond Arena in Glendale, Arizona.
The show saw some exciting moments and explosive in-ring showdowns that made for a great event. At the same time, WWEâs booking might have disappointed the fans who were expecting another direction in various storylines. Here are the five mistakes WWE made on the RAW after Survivor Series episode.
5. Jey Usoâs heel turn should have happened
For months, WWE has been teasing Jey Usoâs heel turn ever since problems began arising with his brother, Jimmy Uso.
On this weekâs RAW, Uso lost to LA Knight in The Last Time is Now Tournament semi-finals and completely snapped by destroying the ringside setup. WWE should have pulled the trigger on his heel turn, which could have been a fresh direction for The YEET manâs career.
4. Guntherâs win using low kick
Guntherâs performance in The Last Time is Now tournament has been nothing short of impressive. He had a hard-hitting and captivating match with Solo Sikoa in the semi-finals this week on RAW.
It should have ended in a clean and hard-fought win for him rather than using a low kick, which could hurt his momentum now.
3. The New Day buried again
The New Dayâs dark character shift and not competing on a regular basis have deeply affected their place on the RAW roster.
On this weekâs episode, they suffered a crushing defeat at the hands of AJ Styles and Dragon Lee, which was a further burial for them as top tag team stars in WWE today.
2. No Liv Morgan Roxanne Perez feud
Before Liv Morgan got injured earlier this year, WWE had been teasing a love triangle feud between her, Roxanne Perez, and her boyfriend, Dominik Mysterio.
However, the end of this weekâs RAW did reignite that before Morgan and Perez showed that they are all on the same page, with WWE abandoning a highly intriguing storyline completely.
1. Bron Breakkerâs big match not saved for major WWE event
Bron Breakkerâs rise to the top saw him win the WarGames match for his team by pinning the World Heavyweight Champion CM Punk.
Despite reports that he could challenge Punk for the title at a major stage like WrestleMania, Paul Heyman announced this week that Breakker and Punk will square off for the championship on the upcoming January 5th edition of RAW.
This was a huge mistake on the booking side, as the explosive bout should have been saved for a major Premium Live Event.
Which superstar made their return to RAW after months?
Liv Morgan after WWE Survivor Series: War Games made her return on RAW after months of hiatus.
Who are in the finals of The Last Time is Now tournament after this weekâs RAW?
LA Knight and Gunther made into the finals for the Last Time is Now tournament.
