Top five potential WWE SummerSlam 2024 opponents for Seth Rollins

The Messiah is expected to be slated for a huge showdown at WWE SummerSlam.

Seth Rollins has been the true workhorse of WWE ever since he debuted in the early 2010s. The Visionary made his surprising return after WrestleMania 40 on this week’s edition of Monday Night RAW.

This was after rehabbing for his knee issues, with Rollins now slated for a huge title match in WWE’s upcoming PLE, Money in the Bank. Witnessing Rollins ready to go, here is an early prediction of the top five names that he can battle at WWE SummerSlam 2024.

5. Jey Uso

Alongside Seth Rollins, Jey Uso has also emerged as one of the top fixtures on Monday Night RAW. Much like Seth Rollins, the leader of the YEET movement is known to captivate the audience every time he comes out to ringside. With their immense star power and in-ring prowess, a match between Jey Uso and Seth Rollins could be a stellar showdown at WWE SummerSlam this year.

4. Bron Breakker

The Wolfdog of WWE, Bron Breakker, has been on a clear warpath ever since he arrived on Monday Night RAW as part of the WWE Draft 2024. He has already taken out stars like Ilja Daragunov and Ricochet and is now eyeing the WWE Intercontinental title. Should Breakker succeed in his quest, a huge title showdown defending against a star like Seth Rollins could be one of the biggest matches in his young career.

3. Uncle Howdy

After weeks of cryptic hints and clues, Uncle Howdy and his stable, The Wyatt Sicks, finally emerged on RAW, creating havoc on their first night in WWE. Moreover, Rollins also has a huge history with Howdy’s inspiration and real-life brother, Bray Wyatt, which could factor well into setting up their feud for SummerSlam in Cleveland, Ohio, in August this year.

After winning the King of the Ring tournament last month, Gunther is already scheduled for a World Heavyweight Championship match at SummerSlam 2024. On the other hand, Seth Rollins is now slated to battle current champion Damian Priest at the upcoming Money in the Bank PLE for his title. Should Rollins emerge victorious and regain the championship, this could set up a blockbuster World Title match between The Visionary and The Ring General for SummerSlam.
