This Monday’s Raw could feature major announcements.
The upcoming May 15 edition of Monday Night Raw is set to emanate live from the Greensboro Coliseum in Greensboro, North Carolina. The show will serve as the go-home edition for the May 23 edition of Saturday Night’s Main Event.
WWE has announced a tag team match where the WWE Women’s Tag Team titles will be contested. On the other hand, with Clash in Italy approaching, the upcoming Raw might feature some major match announcements. Additionally, the show will also continue the Oba Femi open challenge.
All that and so much more will be in store for this Monday’s show. Let us take a look at the top four storylines that might be in play on the upcoming edition of WWE Raw.
4. WWE Women’s Tag Team titles

As noted, the Women’s Tag Team Champions Paige and Brie Bella will defend the titles for the first time since capturing them at WrestleMania 42. The challengers in their way are Judgment Day’s Roxanne Perez and Raquel Rodriguez.
Additionally, former tag Champs, the Irresistible Forces (Nia Jax & Lash Legend), have made it clear that they’re coming to regain the titles, hinting at a possible clash at Saturday Night’s Main Event. Will the Champions prevail on Monday, or will Judgment Day succeed in bringing another title into the faction?

3. Matches for Clash in Italy

WWE has only announced a single match for the upcoming Clash in Italy PLE, which is now two weeks away. Among the matches teased for the show is a potential clash between Women’s Intercontinental Champion Becky Lynch and Sol Ruca.
On the other hand, reports of Stephanie Vaquer’s return this week could also be used to set up a Women’s World title rematch against reigning Champion Liv Morgan.
2. Seth Rollins’ backup
After losing to Bron Breakker at Backlash, Seth Rollins has realized that he needs backup to counter the numbers game that is heavily on the Vision’s side. However, tensions between Rollins and Street Profits’ Montez Ford came to the forefront last week during a backstage segment.
With Ford expressing his doubts about trusting Rollins, the Visionary now has to either win their trust or find someone else to back him up in his fight against the Vision.
1. How will Roman Reigns respond?
Despite his loss against Roman Reigns at Backlash, Jacob Fatu not only refused to acknowledge Reigns but also spoiled the acknowledgment ceremony by attacking Reigns. Fatu even took down The Usos (Jimmy & Jey Uso), who tried to reason with him, while also stepping in his way.
The attack last week and the decimation of the World Heavyweight Champion, along with the Usos, have made things messier, and the feud, instead of dying after Backlash, has picked up more steam. Whether this leads to another title showdown, possibly at Clash in Italy, remains to be seen.
