‘The Best in the World’ has been absent from WWE programming since October
WWE megastar CM Punk is currently on a long break from competition following the gruesome Hell in a Cell match against Drew McIntyre at the Bad Blood 2024 PLE.
Fans have been eagerly waiting for Punk‘s return to WWE television since his last appearance in early October. However, it now seems as if the wait is over for fans who are waiting to see The Second City Saint in action.
After the highly anticipated grudge match against Drew McIntyre, Punk addressed the audience, stating he wasn’t sure when he’d be back. “I’m gonna go home. I haven’t seen my wife in about five weeks. I’ve got a lot of flowers to buy. I appreciate you all. I’d like to say, ‘I’ll see you soon,’ but I just don’t know. Thank you.” he stated.
The reason behind the absence wasn’t just to spend some time with his family but also due to the upcoming Saudi event. The former multi-time champion was seemingly avoiding being a storyline due to WWE‘s schedule.

CM Punk is being advertised for WWE Live Holiday Tour
The Second City is set to be a part of an upcoming live event which will be taking place on December 26. The WWE Live Holiday Tour will be held at the Madison Square Garden in New York.
However, according to WretleVotes on a live Q&A with Bill Apter on Backstage Pass, The Second City Saint will grace the squared ring with his presence before the December 26 live event in New York.
CM Punk is ‘scheduled’ for Survivor Series
As per the report, Punk is scheduled to appear at the Survivor Series 2024 PLE which will be held on November 30 at the Rogers Arena in Vancouver, Canada.
However, there is no clarity on whether Punk will just make an appearance or will step into the ring to wrestle during the upcoming PLE in Vancouver.
The storylines and matches for the Survivor Series: WarGames have started to take shape ahead of the event. The OG Bloodline will take on Solo Sikoa’s Bloodline in a rematch from Crown Jewel 2024. Both factions are looking to recruit the fifth member for their clash at the upcoming PLE.
