Travis Scott injured Cody Rhodes at Elimination Chamber

The wrestling world witnessed one of the most shocking heel turns in history when John Cena turned heel and aligned with The Rock, what followed was a brutal and bloody beatdown of the Undisputed WWE Champion Cody Rhodes by both megastars.

Hip-hop icon Travis Scott was also present in the ring, he was accompanying The Rock and later joined in the beatdown landing a vicious punch on Rhodes. Reports now reveal that the punch caused actual injury to Rhodes.

Dave Meltzer on Wrestling Observer Radio reported that Cody Rhodes is suffering from a busted eardrum and has a black eye due to the attack from Scott.

“Cody got hurt…I’m pretty sure it was Travis Scott that did it…I heard he had a busted eardrum and a black eye.” Melzer said.

Update on WrestleMania 41 plans

After the second and final PLE ahead of WrestleMania 41, the Elimination Chamber 2025, fans started piecing together the card for the grandest stage in April. However, reports suggest that the lineup is still not as clear as fans think

Bryan Alvarez, speaking on Wrestling Observer Live, issued a strong warning to those who think they have the WrestleMania lineup all figured out. “I was told that when the Chamber show was over, there were a bunch of matches that seemed like – ok we know what we got for Mania…” he said, recognizing the sense of certainty that followed the event.

“I was told that there are more twists and turns coming, If you think you know the Mania card based on what happened at Elimination Chamber, there are going to be some changes. There’s 7 weeks left til Mania so there’s a lot of things they can do,” Alvarez emphasized.

Rey Fenix removed from AEW roster

According to PWInsider, Former AEW World Tag champion Rey Fenix has been removed from the company’s roster page and is now a free agent. Reports suggest that he is bound for WWE to join his brother Penta.

According to a recent report from Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer, it is believed that Rey has been released from the remainder of his contract and is “expected to be in WWE ASAP,” where he will join his brother Penta.

The report further mentions that WWE has already begun planning creative ideas for Fenix’s arrival, even though he is still under contract with AEW.

John Cena favored to win

John Cena is listed as a slight favorite (-225) over Cody Rhodes on the BetOnline sportsbook for the Undisputed WWE title clash at WrestleMania 41.

Cena won the men’s Elimination Chamber match after putting CM Punk to sleep, and punched his ticket for WrestleMania.

Unsanctioned match & update on Naomi

According to a Fightful WWE source, “At least one talent” requested that the barbed wire in Kevin Owens & Sami Zayn’s Elimination Chamber match not be “gimmicked or shaved down.” Owens defeated Zayn in a brutal unsanctioned match that saw both stars bring out their ruthless side.

Naomi was removed from scheduled appearances at media junkets to promote “Queen of the Ring,” with PW Insider reporting that it was a WWE decision to sell the Jade Cargill beatdown at Elimination Chamber.

Jade Cargill made her highly anticipated return during the start of the women’s Elimination Chamber match and to everyone’s surprise went after Noami instead of Liv Morgan. The beatdown rendered Naomi unable to compete and was eliminated as a result.
