"Jude Bellingham can hold back against Bayern," says Harry Kane ahead of UCL semi-final
Harry Kane has scored 42 goals in all competitions this season
Harry Kane, a striker for Bayern Munich, expressed his confidence and hopes to score against Real Madrid in the Champions League.
The number of goals the England captain believes he can score before Bayern Munich plays Real Madrid in the Champions League semifinals was questioned. Kane also acknowledged that he was excited to see Jude Bellingham again, his fellow countryman, but he believes the former Birmingham player can enjoy a rare day off.
If Bayern and Madrid can make it to the European Cup final with holders Manchester City already eliminated, they will both recognise a tremendous chance. Should Madrid defeat their German opponents, Kylian Mbappe might play against the team he will eventually join in the championship game. Borussia Dortmund or Paris Saint-Germain will occupy the other berth at Wembley.
Kane said in an interview with Sky Sports Germany:
“I’m in a good mood and confident. If my colleagues serve me like they have all season, then I’ll be there. Jude’s having an outstanding season. As far as I’m concerned, he can hold back in the two games against us.”

In 2020, Bayern defeated PSG 1-0 in a Lisbon stadium that was empty to win the Champions League for the last time. After failing to win a significant trophy while at Tottenham, Kane is looking to accomplish this for the first time in his career.
In as many games this season, the English player has struck the back of the net 42 times. As Kerry Hau tweeted in response to a question about how many goals he expects to score against Real Madrid.
Whether Kane can score a goal against Real Madrid is still up in the air. Without a doubt, this endeavour will not be simple.
Despite missing important defenders for extended periods due to injury, Real Madrid has shown incredible tenacity at the back this season. In 33 La Liga games, they have only allowed 22 goals, far less than even Athletic Bilbao, the league’s second-best defensive squad.
