Full list of players who have withdrawn from Denmark Open 2023

A total of six Indians have withdrawn from the tournament.
The second tournament of the European leg - Denmark Open 2023 is scheduled to start on October 17th, 2023. Several top ranked shuttlers are set to take part in the prestigious tournament. However prior to the start of the competition, few players have withdrawn due to various reasons.
Six Indians who had initially registered for the Denmark Open have withdrawn with HS Prannoy and MR Arjun suffering from injuries. Youngster Priyanshu Rajawat who has been out of action for almost a month too has made himself unavailable. With this, Lakshya Sen, Kidambi Srikanth, Satwik-Chirag, PV Sindhu, and Aakarshi Kashyap are the only Indian shuttlers left in the tournament.
Belgium's Carragi will be playing in his maiden BWF 750 tournament at Denmark Open. He sneaked in post the withdrawal of Priyanshu Rajawat. South Korea's An Se Young, World No. 1, is nursing an injury and will be unavailable for almost one and a half month. Alongside her, Japan's Akane Yamaguchi too has announced her withdrawal. With this, the top two players from the women's singles will not be competing leaving the category wide open.
The women's doubles section saw the most number of withdrawals. Promising pair from Malaysia Pearly Tan and Thinaah Muralitharan have announced their non participation at Denmark Open 2023.
