Batsmen with most international centuries in Adelaide

In international cricket, many batters have gained appreciation for their marvellous batting performances at the venue in the past. If we look at batters with the most centuries at the venue across formats, seven have hit five or more tons.
On that note, below are the top batsmen with the most international 100s in Adelaide.
4. Mark Waugh – 4
Former Australia all-rounder Mark Waugh grabs the fourth spot on this list with four centuries in his kitty at Adelaide Oval. Waugh, who represented the national side from 1985 to 2004, hammered two centuries each in tests and ODIs.
3. David Boon, Allan Border, Virat Kohli, Travis Head – 5

Four batters own the record of slamming five centuries at Adelaide Oval, Adelaide. Former Australian legends David Boon and Allan Border hammered five tons at the stadium.
Former India captain Virat Kohli has also slammed five centuries at the stadium, out of which three came in the longest format and two in the 50-over format.
Australian opener Travis Head is another batter with five tons at the venue. The left-handed batsman smacked four ODI centuries at the stadium in the past, and hit his 5th ton in the third test of The Ashes 2025-26.
2. Ricky Ponting and David Warner – 7
Former Australia captains Ricky Ponting and David Warner clinch second place with seven centuries each in Adelaide. For Ponting, six of his centuries arrived in tests and one in ODIs.
Warner reached the three-figure mark across all three formats, hitting four in tests, two in ODIs, and one in T20Is. He shares the record of being the second batter to hit a T20I ton at the venue.

Former Australian captain Michael Clarke steals the top spot with eight centuries to his name at the stadium. With 2040 runs, he is also the most successful batter at the venue. Out of his eight centuries, seven came in test cricket while one arrived in One Day Internationals.
