Rishabh Pant is currently undergoing rehab for his foot injury.

Indian wicket-keeper Rishabh Pant is currently undergoing rehabilitation for his foot injury, which he sustained during the Anderson-Tendulkar Trophy 2025. During the fourth test between England and India in Manchester in July, Pant was hit on his foot by a delivery from Chris Woakes.

As Pant is currently undergoing rehabilitation, he was ruled out of the ongoing test series against the West Indies. In his absence, Dhruv Jurel took the wicket-keeper’s spot, while N Jagadeesan was added as back-up for the home test series against the West Indies.

Pant was also ruled out of India’s tour of Australia 2025, scheduled to witness three ODIs and five T20Is. The wicket-keeper batter is in his final stretch of rehab from the injury and will undergo a fitness assessment test at the Centre of Excellence (CoE) in Bengaluru later this week.
