Some of the greatest clubs in Europe have very loyal match-going fanbases. So, let us take look at the clubs with the highest average attendance so far in 2022-23.
10. Tottenham (61,530)
Stadium: Tottenham Hotspur Stadium
Capacity: 62,850
Tottenham Hotspur Stadium has been a major landmark in Tottenham Hotspurs’ development. With a capacity of 62,850 a huge upgrade from the 36,284-capacity White Hart Lane. The stadium is a new benchmark in global stadium design incorporating a fully retractable pitch, costing £1 billion to build their new stadium.

Olympique de Marseille has a huge fan base, having regularly averaged the highest attendance in French football. The club has won 10 Ligue 1 titles, 10 Coupes de France, and three Coupes de la Ligue.

In the 2021–22 season, Marseille finished in second place, securing Champions League football for the first time since 2020. And they have continued to perform well this season with seven wins and two draws in nine games placing second behind PSG in the table.

San Siro has a seating capacity of 80,018, making it one of the largest stadiums in Europe, and the largest in Italy.
the San Siro, also known as the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza has 80,018 capacity home to both Inter and AC Milan. Inter's average home attendance this season is 70,365 second highest in Italy behind AC Milan.
Plans for the new stadium, will reduce capacity to around 65,000 fans but assuring state-of-the-art equipment that will make it one the greatest stadium in Europe which is reported to cost €1.2billion with work to commence from January 2024.

AC Milan has had a very impressive number of fans present at San Siro this season and the enthusiasm is still very high. After securing its first Scudetto triumph since the 2010-11 campaign, AC Milan was crowned as champions in Italy last season.
