FIFA World Cup 2022: Day 4 Updated Schedule
The Qatar tournament is well and truly underway
Leaving all the controversies behind, it is finally time to concentrate on football. The tournament so far has been very exciting, with Saudi Arabia causing one of the biggest upsets of the tournament, by beating Argentina 2-1. But Lionel Messi, did score in the game, and by doing so he became the first Argentine to score at four different World Cup editions.
Denmark and Tunisia played out the first 0-0 draw of the FIFA World Cup 2022. Mexico and Poland followed the game, with yet another 0-0 draw. Meaning this World Cup has already played out more 0-0 draws, than during the whole 2018 FIFA World Cup (1).
The defending World Cup champions ended the day with a brilliant comeback win against Australia. Olivier Giroud is now on the same number of international goals for France as Thierry Henry, both on 51 goals. Day 4 of the tournament looks like another exciting one and one to look out for.
