In the Premier League this season, he helped Nottingham avoid relegation by scoring 5 crucial goals and assisting 8 goals which helped them which above the relegation zone this season. Euro U21 and Premier League next season can make him an English player to watch for years to come.
4. Giorgio Scalvini- €40M
The 19-year-old defender has become a regular in Gian Piero Gasperini's side and earned a call-up from Roberto Mancini at the start of the year 2022. The defender was inspired by Thiago Silva before he started playing. 2. Sandro Tonali- €50M
Sandro Tonali plays as a defensive midfielder for Italy U21 and AC Milan, the 23-year-old player will add experience to the Italy U21 squad in the Euros. The midfield player was integral in this year's success for AC Milan as they finished in top 4 and finishing the season as Champions League semi-finalists.
