Arsenal vs Burnley: Predicted lineup, injury news, head-to-head, telecast

The Clarets need clarity to save their season sooner rather than later
Emirates Stadium will be buzzing with the display of football last game even after a handful of injuries to key players. The Gunners were successful in putting another nail in the coffin of Spanish outfit Sevilla and their UEFA Champions League group-stage journey. A 2-0 home win on a UCL night sets the perfect atmosphere to build upon. Now Arsenal plays host to Burnley who are finding life hard in the Premier League.
After Burnley’s 2022-23 EFL Championship run that saw them collecting 101 points on the table, no one would have predicted they would be struggling in PL. Now let alone causing upsets in the division after 11 PL games the side managed by Vincent Kompany has collected a mere 4 points. A win here will do them the world of good as the staff and players will get time to think positively about better strategies to display after the November international break.
Kick-Off:
Saturday, 11 November 2023 at 3:00 PM UK (8:30 PM IST)
Location: Emirates Stadium
Form
Arsenal (in all competitions): W-L-L-W-W
Burnley (in all competitions): L-L-L-L-L
Players to Watch
Jorginho (Arsenal)
With the likes of Thomas Partey sidelined and Martin Odegaard a doubt, Arteta will once again rely on Jorginho to do the job. The 31-year-old wore the captain armband in the UCL bout against Sevilla. His slick incisive pass unleashed Bukayo Saka who put it on the plate for Leandro Trossard to tap in. The former Chelsea man is expected to start once again.
Zeki Amdouni (Burnley)
In Burnley’s game against Crystal Palace, Zeki Amdouni was making a few noises in the final third. Troubling opposition defenders, winning a few fouls. Amdouni’s header may not have found the net, but Kompany should be willing to put him from the start once again. In 10 PL appearances, the 22-year-old has scored one goal.

Injury & Team News
The home side has a few players sidelined. Head coach Mikel Arteta was seen using Leandro Trossard as a striker in the Sevilla game. It is because the main striker Gabriel Jesus is nursing his hamstring. Alongside the Brazilian forward, Emile Smith Rowe, Jurrien Timber and Thomas Partey will be out from this game. Martin Ødegaard remains doubtful.
Burnley’s winger Aaron Ramsey is doubtful to get minutes after a knock. A hamstring injury hits Michael Obafemi. Manuel Benson, Lyle Foster and centre-back Hjalmar Ekdal also won’t be featuring soon in former Man City player and current Burnley manager Vincent Kompany’s teamsheet.

Predicted Lineup
Arsenal predicted lineup (4-3-3):
Raya (GK); White, Saliba, Gabriel, Zinchenko; Havertz, Jorginho, Rice; Trossard, Nketiah, Martinelli
Burnley predicted lineup (4-4-2):
Trafford (GK); Vitinho, O’Shea, Beyer, Taylor; Goumundsson, Berge, Brownhill, Koleosho; Rodriguez, Amdouni
Match Prediction for Arsenal vs Burnley
With the home crowd still not over the Sevilla win in the Champions League, a really good atmosphere is expected backing Arsenal. Given the work Arteta and Co are doing, momentum will find it hard to go with Kompany’s men at the moment. Maybe the Clarets will use the November break to think about their consecutive 6 game defeats in all competitions after this one.
Prediction: Arsenal 3-0 Burnley
