FPL Guru: How your team should look like in Gameweek 4
Pedro is a good option for all managers as he has registered 20 points due to Maurizio Sarri's attacking strategy.
The biggest surprise in Gameweek 3 was the fixture in Molineux Stadium, where Wolverhampton Wanderers held Manchester City to a draw. The hosts were on the same wavelength as the defending Premier League champions and created a lot of problems for Pep Guardiola. Unai Emery's Arsenal registered their first win of the campaign, meanwhile, Liverpool and Chelsea cruised to hard-fought victories. Also, Jose Mourinho received another shock in his troubled Old Trafford phase, as his side were taught a daunting lesson by Mauricio Pochettino's high-flying Spurs.
With the English top-tier table facing stiff competition, let’s take a look at how you should prepare for the upcoming round.
Gameweek 3 Review
Gameweek 3 was a mixture of highs and lows. Richarlison’s unnecessary red card caused a dip of -2 points. It also comes with unwanted complications for future matchday rounds. However, it was cancelled out by a wonderful performance by Aleksandar Mitrovic whose two goals and an assist gave him 16 points. Captain Salah scored the only goal for Liverpool against Brighton and was assisted by Roberto Firmino. Along with Virgil van Dijk, the three Liverpool players notched a total of 29 points. Both De Gea and Leighton Baines disappointed again registering one point each. James Tarkowski’s tendency to score goals was rewarded again and he got five points despite his side conceding four goals against Fulham.
Alisson Becker also kept a third consecutive clean sheet. The Brazilian is yet to concede in a competitive match for Liverpool after making the switch from AS Roma.

Gameweek 4 Transfers
Richarlison’s red card gives the opportunity to explore untested waters. Managers looking to transfer him out have a variety of options. The best option is Pedro. He has registered 20 points and also has an easier set of fixtures. The Spaniard will be expected to score or assist regularly owing to Maurizio Sarri’s attacking style of play. Marko Arnautovic has a few difficult fixtures coming up and Callum Wilson is a good replacement. The Cherries striker has been a force upfront and has scored or assisted in all three matches as of now. He is also available at a cheaper rate.
However, this time, I have chosen not to make any transfers and have decided to wait until the international break is over.
De Gea stays in goal, with Mitrovic leading upfront
Gameweek 4 Line-up
[KH_RELATED_NEWS title="Related News"][/KH_RELATED_NEWS]The formation has been changed back to 3-4-3. De Gea stays on goal, with van Dijk, Schlupp, and Baines making the backline. Bernardo Silva leads the midfield as the skipper, alongside Ruben Neves, Mohamed Salah, and Dele Alli. Up front, Mitrovic is supported by Firmino and Arnautovic. In the bench, the starting XI is supported by Wan Bissaka, Mathew Ryan, Tarkowski, and Richarlison.
Gameweek 4 has a routine set of fixtures. All the big teams are expected to win. Manchester United‘s tricky encounter against Burnley away from home is the match to watch this week, especially considering the reversal of fortunes for both teams from last season.
