ISL 2025-26: Updated points table, most goals, and most assists after FC Goa vs NorthEast United FC

The Gaurs hold the second position in the ISL table

The curse has finally been broken as FC Goa beat NorthEast United FC in an away fixture at the IG Athletic Stadium, in an exciting match in the Indian Super League 2025-26 (ISL) season. FC Goa has visited the fort of the Highlanders and destroyed them, relying on an early goal scored by Dezan Drazic and a late goal from Yasir. At home, NorthEast United FC fell short against The Gaurs and handed a disappointing loss in this important phase of the league.

After beating NorthEast United FC, Manolo Marquez’s side find themselves second on the table just behind Mohun Bagan SG with 19 points in their hand, as they have played 10 games so far. On the other hand, NorthEast United FC, who looked very sharp at the start of the ISL, after the International break, didn’t find their rhythm on the same level as they left off. They are currently placed 12th on the table with 7 points.
