ISL 2023-24: Points Table, Most Goals, and Most Assists after Match 115, Mohun Bagan Super Giant vs Chennaiyin FC

MBSG remain at the second place with 39 points from 19 matches.

Chennaiyin FC defeated Mohun Bagan Super Giant by 3-2 goals in the recently concluded match of Indian Super League 2023-24 at the Salt Lake Stadium on Sunday.

Joni Kauko scored the first goal of the match in the 29th minute of play to give Mohun Bagan a lead in the game. In reply Jordan Murray scored the equalizer in the 72nd minute and Ryan Edwards scored the second  for Chennaiyin FC in the 80th minute.

The match became more interesting when Dimitrios Petratos scored the equalizer for Mohun Bagan in the 90+4 minute. At the end, Irfan Yadwad of Chennai scored the third for his team in 90+7 minute and helped them secure a win

Mumbai City FC remain at the top with 41 points from 19 matches, while Mohun Bagan Super Giant remain at the second place with 39 points from 19 matches. They are followed by Odisha FC, who have taken the third place with 36 points from 19 matches. 

FC Goa have lost a spot and are now in fourth place with 36 points from 19 matches. Kerala Blasters FC remain at fifth position with 30 points from 19 matches, followed by Bengaluru FC at sixth with 22 points from 20 matches. 

Jamshedpur FC is at seventh with 21 points from 20 matches while Punjab FC hold the eighth place with  21 points from 19 matches.

Chennaiyin FC have moved to ninth place with 21 points from 19 matches

NorthEast United FC are now at tenth with 20 points from 19 matches, followed by East Bengal at eleventh with 18 points from 19 matches. Hyderabad FC are the bottom-placed side with just eight points from 19 matches.
