ISL 2024-25: Updated Points Table, most goals, and most assists after match 136, FC Goa vs Kerala Blasters

A total of six goals were scored today across two ISL games.
East Bengal pulled off a thumping win in the first ISL game of this week’s Saturday doubleheader. The Red and Golds put up an all-round performance and got the better of Punjab FC in the national capital. Dimitrios Diamantakos broke the deadlock with just 15 minutes on the clock and opened the scoring for his side.
This was before Naorem Mahesh Singh put East Bengal into the driving seat with a second goal. Lalchungnunga made it 0-3. Ezequiel Vidal did pull a goal back, but it just wasn’t meant to be.
The second match witnessed FC Goa secure yet another victory and add three points to their tally. The Gaurs put up a spirited second-half performance to notch up their 12th win of the season. Iker Guarrotxena scored the opening goal in the 46th minute before Mohammad Yasir added a second goal in the 73rd minute. The Blasters also had a few chances, but couldn’t capitalise on them.

Mohun Bagan lead the standings with 49 points in 21 games. FC Goa have strengthened their position at the second spot with 42 points from 21 games. Jamshedpur FC hold the third spot with 37 points from 21 games. Bengaluru FC stayed firm at the fourth spot and now have 34 points from 21 games.
NorthEast United FC and Mumbai City FC are placed fifth and sixth with 32 points each. Odisha FC are still positioned seventh with 29 points in 21 games. East Bengal are in ninth position with 24 points while Kerala Blasters have dropped down to the 10th spot with 24 points in 21 outings.
Punjab FC are in 11th place with 24 points in 21 games. Hyderabad FC retained the twelfth spot with 17 points from 21 games. Mohammedan SC are still sitting at the bottom of the table with eleven points in 21 matches.
