The kid that’s playing, that’s going to devastate teams- Gary Neville on Rashford
The Manchester United legend Gary Neville was full of praise for the United forward.
Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's Manchester United cruised to their fourth straight win, defeating Newcastle United in their first game of 2019. Goals from Romelu Lukaku and Marcus Rashford sealed the deal at Old Trafford.
The England international's long-range effort on goal had bounced back from the Newcastle goal-keeper and Lukaku capitalised on that. Rashford ensured the win 16 minutes after the opening goal.
United's legend and Sky Sports pundit Gary Neville was vocal on Manchester United's form under Jose Mourinho was impressed by the amount of game-time Rashford has been getting lately.
“They were really dangerous going forward,” Neville said after the game on Sky Sports.
“Newcastle with a bit more quality would have scored goals. I think there are still a few problems at the back. But the spring in the counter-attack is there."
The 21-year-old has scored three goals under the new manager. "Rashford playing up-front is fantastic. I love him to bits, 150 games nearly at the age of 21, the potential is enormous. It is actually stepping up to beyond potential to where he will be a top-class player," he said.

He further said, “People will say about Romelu Lukaku and how he’s going to get back into the team."
