Formula 1 Las Vegas GP 2023: Updated Schedule & Timings

Perhaps the most hyped race by the FIA itself, the Las Vegas GP, is shaping up to be one of the biggest spectacles on the F1 calendar, thanks in part to the track and the allure of Vegas itself. Additionally, with the race being held on Saturday, let’s take a look at the schedule and timings for the Las Vegas GP.
When talking about the circuit, the track spans 3.8 km, boasting 17 corners, including the iconic Las Vegas Boulevard. And although the track’s layout remains a subject of debate, the most controversial aspect of the race is its timing.
Scheduled to start at 10 pm local time, the race’s timing wouldn’t be contentious in any other location except Vegas. This is because Las Vegas is situated in the middle of a desert, where nighttime temperatures can drop below 10 degrees Celsius. Moreover, the fact that the FIA did not consider the temperatures when organising the race could make it ever so challenging.
Furthermore, the track’s resemblance to Monza, particularly in terms of straights, poses a challenge for teams, as they will need to reduce their downforce and manage the low grip conditions.
