Women's FIH Pro League 2024-25: Updated points table and top 10 goalscorers

The Women’s FIH Pro League will run from November 30 to June 29.
The Women’s FIH Pro League is already in its sixth edition, and it’s gotten even better along the way. Since playing opportunities have long been scarce for female players, the league has ensured that players have the chance to compete against the best players in the world for at least seven months of the year.
The current season of the FIH Pro League began on November 30, with China taking on Belgium in the opener and will conclude on June 29, when Belgium face the Netherlands in Antwerp. Nine teams are participating in the tournament—Netherlands, China, England, Belgium, Germany, Argentina, Spain, India and Australia.

A total of 10 venues across four continents will host a total of 72 matches, with the tournament following the round-robin format. The competition follows the home and away principle but is divided into date blocks. For ease of logistics, multiple teams assemble at one location, with each side playing two matches against the other. The team finishing at the top of the table after the conclusion of all games will be awarded the trophy.
Meanwhile, the team ending at the bottom of the pile will face relegation and will be replaced by the Women’s FIH Nations Cup winner in the next edition of the FIH Pro League.

The champion will also earn direct qualification to the FIH Hockey World Cup 2026. The Netherlands and Belgium have already qualified for the quadrennial tournament as hosts of the competition. Germany ensured a spot for themselves by ending at the second spot in the previous edition of the Women’s FIH Pro League (they were awarded the quota since the Dutch finished at the top).
India will start their campaign from February 15, against Spain at the Kalinga Hockey Stadium. They will be playing a total of eight matches in the city of Bhubaneswar, before embarking on their Europe tour in June.
