Women's FIH Pro League 2024-25: Schedule, fixtures, results, live streaming details

The Netherlands have emerged victorious in four of the first five editions.
The Women’s FIH Pro League is already in its sixth edition, and it’s gotten even better along the way. Since playing opportunities have long been scarce, the league has ensured that players have the chance to compete against the best players in the world for at least seven months of the year.
The current season began on 30 November 2024, with China taking on Belgium in Hangzhou and concludes on 29 June 2025, when Belgium play the Netherlands in Antwerp. Nine teams are participating in the tournament: Netherlands, China, England, Belgium, Germany, Argentina, Spain, India and Australia. Ten venues across four continents will host a total of 72 matches.

India will start their campaign from 15th February, against Spain at the Kalinga Hockey Stadium. They will be playing a total of eight matches in the city of Bhubaneshwar, before embarking on their Europe tour in June.
The league presents an exciting opportunity for players to test themselves against the best teams in the world and fans, to enjoy some high-quality hockey action.
With several coaches having shown a tendency to test their bench strength in the tournament in the previous seasons, the International Hockey Federation (FIH) decided to incentivize it by declaring that the winners of the 2023-24 and 2024-25 editions will secure a direct spot in the FIH World Cup 2026.

What is the format of the tournament?
Nine teams will face each other in the round-robin tournament to be held between November and June on home soil, away or neutral games (clustered caravan format). The team finishing at the top of the table after the conclusion of all games will be awarded the trophy.
The team ending at the bottom of the pile will face relegation and will be replaced by the Women’s FIH Nations Cup winner, who will compete in the next edition.
The champion will also earn direct qualification for the FIH Hockey World Cup 2026. The Netherlands and Belgium have already qualified for the quadrennial tournament as hosts of the competition. Germany ensured a spot for themselves by ending at the second spot in the previous edition of the Pro League (they were awarded the quota since the Dutch finished at the top).
