The 38th match of Pro Kabaddi League Season 10 will be played between U Mumba and Bengal Warriors at SDAT Multi-Purpose Indoor Stadium in Chennai on December 24 at 8 pm.

When Bengal Warriors won the finals of season seven of the Pro Kabaddi League without their talismanic skipper Maninder Singh, the depth of the squad was appreciated. But the next two seasons saw them finish 9th and 11th in the points table and the fact that they are in the top half this season has given them a huge sigh of relief for the start they have had.

Maninder Singh, Shrikant Jadhav, and Nitin Kumar are one of the most formidable Raiding trios of the season constantly troubling the opposition defenders. The Shinde duo of Shubham and Aditya has manned the defensive wall of Warriors. But they will look to improve on their performances and bring in consistency.

Every season of the Pro Kabaddi League throws one youngster who would steal the show for the entire duration of the tournament. We may be through one-quarter of the season but the star is Amir Mohammad Zafardanesh. His speed and agility have just made the fans fall in love with the Iranian youngster.

The 20-year-old along with Guman Singh and Visvanath has held the Raiding department very well. The experienced defensive line-up has failed to live up to the expectations. Sombir and Rinku have done decently well in the corner option but it is the cover combo of Surinder Singh and Mahender Singh that needs to pull their socks up in the games to go.
