PKL 12 Eliminator 3 Highlights: Telugu Titans end Patna Pirates unbeaten streak

It is the final three days of Pro Kabaddi League Season 12 (PKL 12), with four teams left in the fray, out of which two will battle it out for the coveted trophy on October 31. Telugu Titans and Patna Pirates will face off in the third eliminator, and the loser will go back home empty-handed.

Ironically, the game is a battle of two sides with extreme results in the league’s history. The Pirates are the most successful team in the league’s history, winning three consecutive titles. Their opponents, the Titans, are the only team from the inaugural edition who are yet to win a trophy.

History will have minimal say as performance will matter on the day. Ayan Lohchab & Patna Pirates have been sensational with three impressive wins on the road to the finals and will look to continue their winning run.

Titans have performed well with simple strategies. The duo of Vijay Malik & Bharat Hooda would want to get their best game as it is a knock-out from now on.

Bharat has taken over the role of the strike raider, while Vijay Malik has played the secondary role. Bharat will have to perform well if Telugu Titans want to progress in Qualifier 2.

Patna Pirates – Ayan Lohchab

Patna Pirates star raider Ayan Lohchab has taken his performance to the next level on the road to the finals. In the three playoffs matches, he has dominated his opponents with three consecutive Super 10s.

The latest recipient of his domination was Bengaluru Bulls as the left raider produced yet another Super 10 performance. Telugu Titans will be wary of his antics and would want to stop him from performing on Tuesday.
