Looking for the second title
Bengal Warriors have been great in the past couple of seasons. While they won the seventh season of the league, the franchise won 9 games in the last edition as well. Though they couldn’t qualify for the playoffs, the team led by Maninder Singh showed some fantastic display last time. With some new names added to the squad, the Warriors will not leave a single chance to lift the trophy again.
Inclusion of Deepak Niwas Hooda and Shrikanth Jadhav
Bengal Warriors have retained some remarkable players in the form of Deepak Niwas Hooda and Shrikanth Jadhav, who will help the team get the trophy back to the dugout. Girish Maruti Ernak will also play for Bengal in the upcoming season. So, the team is looking very well-balanced on paper. It will be interesting to see if they can maintain their balance on the field.
Second half of the schedule
The next half of the schedule can be announced at any time by the end of October. So far, the fixtures of the Bengal Warriors are not too hectic as they have a gap of two or more days in almost every match. This can help them prepare for the next game.
